Lubbies uses ‘Red Bird’ chicken, raised right and never-ever antibiotics (also delicious) Poached in olive oil, then tossed it with a little mayonnaise, touch of red wine vinegar, fresh dill, toasted almond for crunch, and dried apricot for a pop of sweetness

Sautéed ‘Red Bird’ chicken liver, chopped with sweet fried onion, hard-boiled egg and fresh thyme, seasoned to perfection.

We start with fresh organic eggs from Arkansas, and finish with a pinch of the South, a little Old bay and pickle juice!

Sea salt, pepper and olive oil poached albacore tuna, cooked to juicy perfection! Then, we just let it speak for itself by keeping it real simple, a touch of mayo, house bread & butter pickles and shallot.

Using whole Acme smoked whitefish, we're able to make the best fish into the best salad! Smoky, dilly, lemony with a touch of sweetness, Bubbie would be proud.

Really simple pizza sauce of Italian style tomato, garlic, onion, and a touch of crushed red pepper, blended smooth. A split bagel, topped with sauce and melty mozzarella. Add pepperoni if you like!
